    Customers are welcome to order and pay directly via the website, or via email and invoice with our team. All pricing is online however we are constantly updating our products and options and may at times have options not featured on the website. Should there be something you are looking for that is not visible, please contact our team and they can provide an emailed quote instead.

  • Payment

    We offer multiple payment options:

    DIRECT DEPOSIT:

    Our team happily provide quotes and invoices for customers to pay via bank deposit.
    Some models require only a 30% deposit to confirm an order, with the remaining 70% due once the order is ready for dispatch and delivery.
    For models that are in stock and ready to be shipped right away, upfront payment is required before the order can be sent to the customer.

    CARD PAYMENTS:

    For customers wishing to pay via credit or debit card, we offer direct checkout through the website with ShopPay. Delivery will be automatically calculated for our free-delivery and interstate zones. If there is no delivery option for your address, please contact our team for a quote.

    FINANCE:

    We have finance partners in both Australia and New Zealand to offer affordable rates and finance options. Once you have your quote or invoice from us, we can share your info with our partners and they can contact you to complete the application.
    We apologize that we do not have finance available in other countries at this time.

  • Order Updates & Time Frames

    Delivery time varies depending on the machine and your location, and can often vary from 5 to 10 weeks.

    At the time of dispatch, our team will send images to the customer of the completed order ready to be sent. Our team can let you know the expected delivery date, and this becomes more accurate as it gets closer to arrival.

    Once goods arrive at port, they are subject to customs and cargo clearance and once cleared, they are trucked directly to the customer (with unloading provided). Port arrival to customer delivery is typically less than 1 week. The above time frames are averages and can vary slightly between orders and we can provide no guarantees due to the nature of heavy freight, but our team ensure customers are notified of delivery updates as they progress.

  • Refund Policy

    Digger World does not offer refunds or returns for customer change of mind, however we can offer a refund in the event of an item having a major issue.

    With our part warranty, we always endeavor to fix any issues that may arise, to avoid the need for a return.

    Should a customer encounter a major issue with the purchased items, we ask for information along with video to be sent to our team at sales@digger-world.com

  • Cargo Arrival

    All machinery is transported with minimal fuel and oil for safety reasons, and customers should follow the manufacturers provided instructions before starting any machine for the first time. Please see our product specifications for details on the necessary fuel type for your chosen machine.

    We encourage customers to check machines over upon arrival and if any issues are found please email our team at sales@digger-world.com with photos or videos of any issues, so we can assist.

  • Warranty

    We provide a 12-month parts warranty on all machines sold, commencing from the date of delivery (and 18 months for Landward models). This warranty covers the repair or replacement of parts that fail due to manufacturing or factory defects in materials or workmanship when the machine is operated under normal and intended use. We will promptly assist customers with qualifying warranty issues and, at its discretion, may supply replacement parts or approve repairs once the issue has been assessed. The warranty does not cover damage or failures resulting from incorrect operation, misuse, abuse, overloading, unauthorised modifications or repairs, failure to follow recommended maintenance schedules, use of incorrect fuels, oils, or lubricants, environmental damage, accidents, or normal wear and tear items such as filters, belts, hoses, seals, bushes, pins, tracks, tyres, and similar consumables. Labour costs, travel, freight, downtime, and loss of income are not included unless otherwise agreed in writing. Customers must notify us as soon as practicable after a fault is identified and provide proof of purchase, machine details, and supporting photos or videos, and must not continue operating the machine if doing so may cause further damage. All warranty claims are subject to inspection and approval, and unauthorised repairs may void the warranty. This warranty is provided in addition to any non-excludable rights available under applicable consumer law, including the Australian Consumer Law.
